Candle Safety Guide +

Good things take a little care. Here's how to get the most out of your pillar candle.

  1. Remove all packaging before lighting.
  2. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface — a plate, tray, or dish works well.
  3. Keep well away from curtains, drafts, and anything flammable.
  4. Trim the wick to 6mm before every burn to keep the flame steady and prevent soot.
  5. Burn for 3–4 hours at a time, max.
  6. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  7. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  8. Extinguish with a snuffer, or gently cup your hand and blow, to avoid hot wax splatter.
  9. Allow the candle to cool fully and the wax to harden before moving it.
